All quotes provided are free and non-binding. Final costs may vary depending on material prices, project complexity, or additional work requested after the initial quote.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required before the start of any work. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your quote or invoice. We accept payments by bank transfer. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellations & Delays
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, third-party suppliers, or access issues.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and safe for our team. Any pre-existing conditions (e.g. hidden plumbing, electrical work, or structural issues) must be disclosed prior to the start of work.
6. Guarantees
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Most installations come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee, unless otherwise stated. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party work.

8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every measure to ensure the safety and quality of our work, Jeff Joinery is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, damage, or delays beyond our control.
